Group Meditation & Integration Circles
At Roots to Realms Collective, our Group Meditation & Integration Circles offer a guided meditation journey designed to explore the depths of your subconscious when combined with a low microdose of psilocybin. Sessions provide a small intimate group of a maximum of 4 participants, supporting deeper insights and applications through peer to peer discussion, processing, and exploring integration. This option is ideal for beginners looking to start an intentional and controlled relationship with psilocybin, while being guided by a licensed facilitator.
The meditations are designed to open yourself to your inner subconscious, using your inner wisdom to explore and receive. Due to the low, microdose amount, there is still a degree of control and “co-navigation” that can occur with the medicine. Many participants report really enjoying the Integration Circle as it allows them to explore insights from their own inner wisdom and from their fellow peers.

Individual Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Coaching
At Roots to Realms Collective, our Individual Psychedelic Integration Coaching sessions offer a focused, supportive container for pre and post psychedelic journey explorations and processing. This option is ideal for those seeking support before or after having therapeutic psychedelic journeys, retreats and sessions.
Your licensed facilitator has extensive experience with multiple plant medicines, including but no limited to- Psilocybin, Ayahuasca, and Iboga. Participants report valuing being able to take their time with preparation beforehand, and especially having multiple post journey sessions for exploring, processing, and applying integration insights into their daily lives.

Individuals working with plant medicines and psychedelic-assisted therapy, those looking for more processing and integration support surrounding their journeys.
GROUP PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION CIRCLES
The journey of healing is non-linear, and often times new insights, revelations and understandings can occur well after your psychedelic journey. Our group psychedelic integration circles offer community peer to peer support for processing and exploring your ongoing integrative journey with the medicine.
These integration circles are held virtually online to support accessibility to explorers looking to expand upon the multi-layered healing that often comes with working with psychedelics. Groups are lead by a licensed natural medicine facilitator to support safe, legal, and ethical guidance with the various medicines such as Psilocybin, Ayahuasca, and Iboga.

Individuals seeking continued integration work from their psychedelic journeys, those addressing complex or longstanding patterns, or returning clients who wish to continue connecting with our peer to peer virtual community.
